Pets are welcome! Please note that we kindly ask they remain outdoors and off all furniture. The yard is fully secure, offering a safe space for them to play, and there's a large verandah connected to the main living areas so your furry friends can stay close and be part of the action. NB: although the house yard is fully fenced there are some areas where a smaller pet could get through to the paddocks. * Firewood provided for both indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit * Air-conditioning in primary bedroom only * Birdseed provided to enjoy the native birds * Horses and floats welcome * Welcome to collect the fruit from fruit trees * Spare gas bottle available should you need it, just ask your host for location

Bins located near street entry. Thank you ** All guests staying overnight must be confirmed on the booking. Please ensure pets are outside only and remain off all furniture. Please pickup after your pets - additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged if pet waste is not disposed of. Please clean the BBQ after each use - additional cleaning fees may be charged to guests if BBQ is not clean upon check out. Bin day for this property is Wednesdays, if you would kindly take bins to street on a Tuesday night. If you are unable to do so, please let your host know. A hidden gem! Total privacy, fresh breezes, and nothing but the sound of nature. The kids loved exploring the beautiful grounds. Our only regret was not staying longer—we’ll definitely be back!

The view from the house was just gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking across the valley. It was very quiet with just the sound of the birds. Conveniently located between the hinterland and coast. Totally lovely.
